The Masquerade Ball is an annual ballroom event where we invite the public to join us in a fun, mask-themed social dance. The event is hosted by Ballroom Dancing Club at UVA and cohosted by Salsa club and Swing club. It is open to the entire UVa community, and we play a variety of ballroom, salsa, and pop music. The event is free and mini dance lessons will be held at the beginning of the night! Light refreshments are provided! There are also typically masks for sale for those that don’t have them. It’s really a ton of fun, come and see for yourself! The masquerade ball will be held in Newcomb Ballroom on September 14th at 7:00 pm!
